I've partnered up with our local rose grower Heirloom Roses to bring you a fun class on arranging with roses. We'll be using seasonal garden flowers along with beautiful roses to create your designs. This is a time for you to get lost in our flower fields and unplug from the busy world around you.

About the event
Last year Kara, the owner of Heirloom Roses in Saint Paul, attended my arranging class and a friendship was made. I visited her beautiful rose farm and figured we needed to collabarate some how. There are countless gorgeous roses and each one beautiful enough to simply stand alone in a slim vase, but multiple roses and roses mixed with other flowers take an arrangement to the next level.
So, with thousands of roses to choose from, let’s explore which are best to grow or buy for floral arranging.
We will put together 2 arrangements for you to take home.
Come in comfortable work clothes and shoes.
What to bring:
- 2 containers ( the stems will be shorter so bring a 5" square/round vase or a compot style)or I will have some to choose from here.
- Floral snips if you have a favourite pair. If you don't, no worries! We have a pair you can borrow.
I will hold the class rain or shine!
